About Jennifer Ewanus
Early in my career, I discovered my passion for recruiting. I loved being the person who helped professionals find their next opportunity and supported organizations in reaching their goals. It was rewarding to know I was making a real impact.Becoming a mom (now to two wonderful kids ) brought new perspectives. While I still enjoy recruiting, I found myself naturally stepping into the role of project manager and problem-solver at home. This shift inspired me to bring those skills into my professional life and how ultimately, I wanted to solve challenges, drive progress, and work as efficiently as possible.As a working mom and lifelong learner, it’s important to me that my work makes a difference. Recruiting was meaningful, and now project management is to, especially in my current role on the HR Employee Engagement and Listening team at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Here, I help lead initiatives around recognition, volunteerism, mentoring, and resource groups. These programs fuel my passion for celebrating and supporting employees, and I’m excited to continue making an impact.
