I bring more than two decades of experience across economic development, public–private finance, investment banking, nonprofit advisory, and higher education, with a strong track record of leading complex programs and delivering measurable results. My work focuses on evaluating and executing high-impact incentive, tax credit, clean energy, and innovation funding initiatives, including oversight of large-scale capital programs that support business growth and economic expansion. I combine rigorous financial, compliance, and risk analysis with cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization to move initiatives from strategy through approval and execution.
