About Jennifer Estroff
As Senior Foster Care Health Liaison at Coordinated Care, I have been serving as the subject matter expert for the foster care medical and behavioral health care contract and services since 2016. I maintain collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, including the Health Care Authority, Department of Children, Youth, and Families, Tribes, state government agencies, and advocacy groups, to build additional community support for our members. In addition to my role at Coordinated Care, I have also worked as a Project Manager at Bright Spring Strategy Consulting, where I managed, scoped, and planned the roll-out of the Digital Advisory Group (DAG) service for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. This project involved gathering user feedback, designing a consultation model, creating process workflows, writing self-service toolkits, creating a DAG SharePoint site, and evangelizing DAG throughout the organization. I am passionate about improving the lives of foster youth and their families through effective collaboration and strategic planning.
