Hi, A little bit about Me (Jen)Born in Oklahoma, growing up just North East of Detroit, Michigan returning to her family’s roots in Maryland after graduating college. Jennifer enjoys learning and working in high growth organizations. Jennifer has been called many things over her 20+ year career, a staff accountant, payroll specialist, coordinator, supervisor, manager, and division leader. She brings stability, trust, and reliance that the job will be done timely and accurately. Jennifer has recently been a Payroll Manager for Excelsia Injury Care, prior roles include: Payroll Deltek Costpoint Contractor for Shield AI, Senior Payroll Coordinator for Albireo Energy where she processed payroll for 2 div of the growing company. In her previous role at Bravura she oversaw a Prime Department of Defense (DOD) Contractor payroll for both CONUS and OCONUS employees. Jen has experience with Certified, Construction, Union, Government Contractor (GovCon), Enterprise, and Non-Profit Payrolls. She has processed payrolls for companies with annual revenue from $250k to $3.8B. Jennifer has had a distinct career path, running multi-million dollar; mission critical, high growth company’s payrolls. Skilled in Reporting, HR, Task Management, Team Building, Auditing, Payroll Process Management, Change Management, Employee Relations and Accounting. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications from Rochester College. She has continued her education with online courses & certifications.Jennifer’s DiSC style is SC, & Myers Briggs Personality Type is ENTJ (otherwise known as the Commander). Jennifer is an Omnivert. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, and their 2 corgi mixes.
