I currently serve as the General Manager for the KW Austin One offices including SW Austin, NW Austin, Lake Travis, Austin Portfolio, Buda/Kyle, Dripping Springs, Bastrop, Pflugerville, Wimberley, Belton and many Independent Mega Agent offices across the Austin MSA. With over 1500 agents and about 10% market share in the Austin area - our Realtors and supporting Billions of dollars in home sale transactions. My role, alongside the incredible leadership team for these offices, is the coach - train - and support the agents in their role helping consumers buy, sell and invest in real estate across the Austin MSA.Formerly Director of Franchise Launch at Keller Williams Realty International (HQ) supporting the Launch of 10 new KW Market Centers in the last year with many more to come! KW has 770+ Market Centers with leaders who wake up every day to support the KW associates across the US and Canada.I found my passion in helping people build wealth through real estate and in consulting clients through their largest financial transactions of buying or selling real estate. I\'ve been blessed to personally help over 450 families and individuals buy, sell or invest in real estate holdings. As a Team Leader for KW Austin SW, I helped bring more than 360 Realtors into the KW family and supported our agents and staff as they sold over $5B in annual sales volume / transactions. I also previously served KW Team Leaders across the US/Canada through training, coaching, resources and community. I currently serve as Chair of the Board of Directors for KW Next Gen to do my part in passing along the personal leadership and financial lessons I wish I had at a younger age (KWNG serves Young Adults 18-29 through leadership & financial acumen training + coaching and scholarship opportunities - kwnextgen.org)Prior to RE, I spent almost 13 years as a Project Manager for IBM and received my PMP accreditation in 2012. I graduated with a BBA from Baylor University - Sic \'Em Bears! I have 2 amazing children - one at Ole Miss - and an incredible husband who is the VP for Keller Williams Worldwide. I am a former member of the Baylor University Women\'s Varsity Golf team, a Kappa Alpha Theta, and a Barton Creek Ladies Club Champion and have given time and held committee roles for Heroes for Children \'Hold\'em for Heroes\' and ALS \'Under Ballou Skies\' events.Real Estate is simple.not easy and you deserve the best support in a trusted Realtor.
