I currently serve as Head of Client Delivery at HomeVision, where I lead the client-facing execution for our collateral underwriting business as the company scales toward a broader underwriting platform.My role is centered on ownership and execution: client relationships, implementations, onboarding, retention, and expansion across lenders and AMCs. As adoption grows, my focus is on building structure where it matters most—predictable delivery, clear communication, scalable processes, and a consistently strong client experience—so our teams can move quickly without losing momentum.I specialize in standing up and scaling client delivery organizations that protect revenue while enabling growth. That means reducing friction to go-live, creating systems that support repeatability, and ensuring client feedback turns into actionable insight rather than operational noise.I’ve spent my career working alongside mortgage originators and underwriting teams, and they remain my favorite people to work with.
