I\'m a journalist with more than 20 years\' experience writing for news outlets in the U.S. and abroad, who\'s successfully transitioned from print to developing and managing web content for five national magazines: Women\'s Adventure, Clean Eating, Vegetarian Times, Live Naturally, and Yoga Journal. My superpower is relationship building: fostering cooperation between stakeholders across disparate departments and brands. I know how to bring the fun back to an overwhelmed team. Here\'s the rock star part — I\'m also a jazz vocalist and fervent Russophile who spent eight years in St. Petersburg, Russia, writing, singing, and making friends from all over the world. As the vocalist for St. Petersburg Ska-Jazz Review and the retro-soul band J.D. and the Blenders, I toured Russia, Europe, and the U.S. and also recorded three albums, several singles, and appeared on Russian and international TV and radio. I currently live in Boulder, Colorado and continue to sing in an all-female jazz combo called Jazzebel and manage the Boulder Russian Glossophiles Meetup Group. I\'m also a certified 200-Hour Level One Kundalini Yoga teacher, DJ, expert skier, and Airbnb Superhost. I LOVE DOGS.
