   Reporting to a Principal Applied Scientist within the Search Relevance Organization, responsible for providing comprehensive Data Science, Analytics, and Experiment Design guidance to Product Managers and Product Engineers working to incrementally improve Microsoft’s global product ecosystem. • In partnership with the Vice President of Microsoft Search, Assistant, and Intelligence and the 200 members of the Search Relevance Team, leads a weekly meeting to review and provide feedback on all the new and ongoing experiments being conducted within the Experiences and Devices line of business- Overseeing hundreds of concurrent experiments, responsible for providing technical and strategic guidance on effective experiment design, analysis, and documentation- During weekly office hour sessions, provides guidance on metric interpretation, experiment design, analysis, and documentation for ongoing A/B experiments- Collaboratively reviews experiment dashboards and scorecards to help Product Leaders identify trends and to understand the positive and negative impacts of their proposed changes to the product ecosystem. • Serves as an educator and best practices champion focused on improving the Experimentation Culture at Microsoft by creating detailed best practice documentation for an enterprise Wiki, developing actionable decision trees in Visio, and maintaining active oversight of Azure Dev Ops (ADO) to review records of experiments and changes- As part of the Metrics team, responsible for educating, training, and developing the experimentation focused population at Microsoft on Experiment Design and Data Science best practices- Developed comprehensive Experimentation Review Process Documentation in the Microsoft Experimentation Wiki and developed the summarized decision tree process in Visio. • Gained experience with Kusto Query Language (KQL), PowerBI Dashboards, Visual Studio, Scope Studio, and Visio.
