I help organisations to deliver the best outcomes from their projects, third parties and contracts, through improving their framework of commercial control.Specialist in improving contract management, and setting up programmes of commercial assurance over key suppliers/contracts to drive value for money. I manage teams to ensure we get ‘under the skin’ of complex contracts and procedures to deliver insight and recommendations for improvement.Particular interest in Government & Public Sector, and playing a role in driving better value out of the £300 billion of public money spent each year with third-party suppliers. I\'m passionate about the opportunity that exists in this sector for a step change in the use of the tech and tools to equip and empower commercial teams with better transparency and control over this spend.I believe in the power of bringing people together to solve the most complex problems. To that end I run our PwC Manchester Commercial Network, regularly bringing together commercial professionals from across industries to discuss current opportunities and challenges. I\'m always interested to hear different perspectives, and really enjoy joining the dots between people and ideas. Firm believer in “it takes a village.” I juggle three kids alongside the day job and my career progression to date has only been possible with childcare help from parents, a flexible employer, and some superstar female role models at PwC.
