Provide operational updates and reports to the Board of Trustees; collaborate with committees on compliance, risk, and operations-related matters. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices across HR, IT, and operations functions. Oversee departmental budgets related to HR, IT, and operations functions, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure staff engagement and adoption of new systems, processes, and policies. Establish mechanisms to measure operational effectiveness and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and impact.
