ABOUT JENNIFER COZZI
I am one of the proud Directors of CVM People. We provide bespoke advisory, consulting, and resourcing services across Marketing, Data and CX teams. I manage our Resourcing Service line, and also our Exec Search arm, which covers more generalist exec roles up to C-Suite. Our Resourcing service is augmented with genuine subject matter expertise which enables us to help you attract the best people by ensuring we have a deep understanding of your business and your unique requirements. Every role we work on, big or small, we treat with the same level of passion and commitment. We go beyond the job specification, rather we bring an enhanced level of understanding of the challenges each role will be solving on a day-to-day basis. I am passionate about building strong, long-lasting partnerships with both HR and operational stakeholders based on trust.
