ABOUT JENNIFER COULDREY

I care about spending my time on the things that matter most- and I love helping business owners do the same. Too many of us spend our lives being busy while not feeling like we have the time for the things that really move the needle in our business or quality time outside of work. As a business coach, I help entrepreneurs and their leadership teams achieve the business results they’re looking for AND have time to live their life in alignment with their values. I’m an entrepreneur and facilitator at heart. I’ve started various small businesses and charitable initiatives; I’ve facilitated over 500 meetings and workshops for leadership teams. I ran a national charity where I helped hundreds of entrepreneurs give back through their businesses. While there I found myself working too much, frustrated that I was so busy in the day to day that I didn’t have enough time to work on our big strategic priorities, and not getting enough of the results I wanted. When I implemented EOS, it helped us to streamline our operations so that I could let go, let my team step up, and achieve more success. Drawn to its simplicity and effectiveness, I love helping entrepreneurs implement the EOS tools to create structure, discipline, and accountability so they can get what they want out of their business and live a better life. I am a seasoned public speaker and content contributor, having spoken at events such as SaaS North, Elevate, Dovetail, and been featured in The Globe & Mail and Betakit. I live in Etobicoke with my husband and young kids, and love spending time at the cottage, doing pilates, reading, going for walks, and connecting with interesting people.
