Council coordination and program management consulting services for the Health Care Innovation (HCI) Revolving Loan Program managed by the Division of Public Health Statistics and Performance Management.• Provide Council coordination and program management consulting services for the Health Care Innovation (HCI) Revolving Loan Program managed by the Division of Public Health Statistics and Performance Management.• Provide program management services including, Program analyses, Legislative Bill Analyses, Stakeholder Analyses, Budget Analyses, Event Planning, Rule Development, and Documentation Development.• Schedule and facilitate council meetings, which includes but is not limited to preparing agendas and meeting minutes by documenting decisions, key take aways, meeting issues, and identifying action items. • Support the preparation of annual reports and submit to executive management at least 90 days prior to the September 1 and December 1 deadlines of each year. • Complete desk research in support of council operations. For example, create and update best practice recommendations for health care modernization including implementation guidelines, technology selection criteria, and service delivery models.• Draft functional and technical specifications for program related software applications (e.g, Revolving Loan Program application portal). • Draft and maintain program documents including but not limited to standard operating procedures, conflict of interest process, compliance and risk documentation, annual reports, strategic plans, status reports, and schedules, related to projects being managed by the program as directed by the Department.• Correspond (verbally and in written formats) with project teams and other stakeholders regarding project and program activities, deliverables, and status as directed by the Department.
