   With over 10 years of CRM experience, I serve as Global Growth Systems Manager, leveraging strong project management skills to lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing optimization of enterprise platforms including Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) Redwood version including the Outlook Add-in, and CX Mobile app experience, Collaboration Hub, and other strategic tools. I’m the primary operational point of contact when new business needs arise—partnering with leaders, Product Owners, Key Users, GBA System Managers, and the BPO Network to gather requirements, align objectives, recommend best‑practice system changes, and coordinate delivery, testing, and adoption.
