For the past 9 years at ADM—a Fortune 50,$86B global enterprise—I’ve operated as a senior executive accountable for how the organization invests in, delivers, and governs technology-enabled business change across colleagues and six continents.Before ADM, I held progressive leadership roles at Dow Chemical, Dow Corning, and Grant Thornton, each time expanding my scope from functional management to enterprise-wide strategy and execution.My work has never been “IT.” It’s business performance. I’ve led the financial integration of two Fortune 500 companies post-acquisition. I built the investment governance framework for a $650M global portfolio spanning technology, product innovation, and manufacturing capital.
