I\'m not your typical Senior Project Manager. Over the last two decades, my role has evolved beyond traditional project management. While my PRINCE2 Certification provided the foundation, my extensive B2B and B2C experience has enabled me to apply my skills across diverse industries, including Tech, Media, Marketing, Advertising, Telecommunications, Pharma, Retail, Entertainment, and Experiential.My professional journey kicked off in Advertising, where I quickly grasped the core qualities of a proficient Project Manager: listening, acting, adapting, and delivering. In 2001, I embarked on a six-month contract with Africa\'s largest Telecommunications Companies, that extended beyond 13 years. Initially contracted as an Employee Value Proposition Marketing Account Director overseeing all employee communication and engagement, my role evolved into various positions, including Corporate Communications Manager and Leadership Program Manager.For over a decade, I spearheaded the Employee Reward and Recognition Program, spanning across employees and 21 countries. This initiative culminated into 25+ global events that I helped direct and produce. In 2014, I took on the role of Lead Customer Engagement Manager for the globes leading Pharmaceutical, managing regional various product launches and customer engagements and in 2015, I assumed the position of Sponsorship Partner Manager for MTV’s prestigious music award shows.Subsequently, I’ve led many successful projects focusing on Tech Startups in healthcare, and healthcare advertising.In my most recent role with Meta, I served as the teams Project/Operations Manager for their communities and non-profits, helping to streamline agency processes and enhancing efficiencies within the marketing team.QUALIFICATIONS:• 25 years’ experience in marketing and advertising• 22 years’ experience as a senior project manager • 4 years’ experience in healthcare project management• Proficient in leading self-managed and cross-functional teams• Diverse industry experience: Tech, Media, Telecommunications, Marketing, Entertainment, Broadcasting, Pharmaceutical, and Advertising• Certifications: Digital Marketing Nanodegree, PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner, Google Fundamentals, PMP (in progress).• Proficient in English, with basic German skills (Goethe Institute A1 - A2 levels)• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Smartsheet• Experienced in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and various PM methodologies• Greencard holder
