As principal consultant and project manager, I ensure our clients receive the learning programs they need to reach their goals and get their employees trained. This includes: Understanding their objectives and success metrics with the training Conceptualizing and collaborating on content, design and delivery Helping assess the best LMS solution for their particular needs Providing help desk support once the training is deployed I save my clients time, money and stress, delivering a substantial ROI compared to them designing the training themselves. Oftentimes, clients need their training developed, designed and delivered in an extremely short period of time. In the past I have helped my clients: Create and roll out sales training to 500 call-center agents in 3 weeks Design and implement public service training to a start-up company in 1.5 months Outsource entire training development and deliver course on time and within budget
