ABOUT JENNIFER BURNS

I am an HR Business Partner dedicated to fostering environments where both employees and organizations succeed. I thrive in dynamic environments, leveraging my expertise to create a tangible impact on both business outcomes and employee growth. My path into Human Resources wasn’t exactly traditional, but it was very intentional. I started in hospitality, working in sales and account management. That’s where I learned the art of building relationships, understanding people’s needs, and staying cool under pressure. When I made the decision to transition into HR, it was with a long-term focus in mind. I strategically chose Talent Acquisition as my entry point, recognizing it as the ideal opportunity to immediately add value while building a solid foundation in the HR space. Since then, I\'ve evolved into a true business partner, collaborating with leaders to drive engagement, support culture, and align people strategies with business goals.What makes my background unique is the blend of business insight, people focus, and adaptability I bring to every challenge. I’m passionate about collaboration, continuous learning, and showing up with empathy and curiosity.
