My path into Human Resources wasn’t exactly traditional, but it was very intentional. I started in hospitality, working in sales and account management. That’s where I learned the art of building relationships, understanding people’s needs, and staying cool under pressure. When I made the decision to transition into HR, it was with a long-term focus in mind. I strategically chose Talent Acquisition as my entry point, recognizing it as the ideal opportunity to immediately add value while building a solid foundation in the HR space.
