Provide servant leadership and Scrum of Scrum (SOS) support to 12 remote and co-located scrum teams (300+ people) accountable for developing, testing, documenting, releasing, and implementing SAP financial processing and reporting systems to 10 automotive manufacturing plants. Facilitated daily SOS meetings to visualize progress, discuss impediments, escalate impediments, and highlight cross-team dependencies. Conducted SOS retrospectives and organized committees to strategize, make recommendations and implement changes for improvements to Leadership. Planned with the Chief Product Owner to prioritize requirements and deploy MVPs. Cooperated with the Release Manager to discuss build issues, cut-over plans, dress rehearsal impediments, release plans, and implementation activities. Coordinated with Testing Coordinator to discuss test plans, test resources, test scripts for and defects found in system integration testing and user acceptance testing. Collected metrics to provide visibility to Leadership concerning progress in building software, testing, and implementation. Mentored Scrum Masters, facilitated Scrum Master Quality Circle, participated in company-wide Agile training/coaching activities, assisted teams in understanding and implementing Scrum@Scale framework.
