About Jennifer Cardillo

Jennifer Cardillo is a Senior Project Manager at Citizens Financial Group and currently supports Talent and Learning. She is a 2023 Citizens Chairman\'s Community Award Winner, a member of the first class of fellows in the Aspen\'s Institute\'s Career Mobility and Education Fellowship, and a 2022 Citizens Credo Champion for Human Resources.Her current role at Citizens is an absolute joy. She has a passion for development and creates impactful opportunities for colleagues to develop in demand capabilities, mindsets, and behaviors that will prepare them for their role today and an exciting future career.Jennifer has a MBA from Penn State and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cornell University.
