About Jennifer Burns
Former PMO Director (PMP) experienced in implementing statewide healthcare/mental health assessment programs for state government partners with multiple stakeholder groups. In addition to implementing these contracts on very tight contractual timelines, I focused on communication and transition/reinforcement strategies to ensure successful adoption by stakeholders of these radical changes. This led me to expand my reach as Director of Change Management for Maximus, where I lead the team responsible for achieving adoption, proficiency, and usage of our organizational changes across our segments, achieving the intended ROI of the project.
