ABOUT JENNIFER BRYANT

Enthusiastic, results-driven leader with 10 years of experience in program management, grants administration, and community engagement at mission driven organizations in the non-profit, philanthropic and private sectors. Proven success in designing and implementing complex multi-year project plans and launching new high-impact community programs including the DC Black Workers Center and the Greater Washington Center for Employee Ownership. Experienced in cross-sector coalition building with community-based organizations, funders, and government partners to advance wealth-building initiatives. Supported the full grant lifecycle from pipeline development to disbursement for the CCLN Network Impact Grant and the DC Co-op Impact Grant. I’ve presented on community economic development and employee ownership conversions at the NCBA-CLUSA Co-op Impact Conference, the Rutgers University Employee Ownership Online Education Program and to government leaders through the National League of Cities Shared Equity in Economic Development (SEED) Fellowship.
