ABOUT JENNIFER BRACE

As a Chief Futurist at Ford, I lead strategic discussions focused on long-term planning and future-oriented development. My work centers on researching demographic shifts, identifying market outliers, and creating data-driven scenarios to inspire fresh thinking and challenge conventional approaches. I strive to help teams explore a wide range of possibilities before deciding on a course of action, enabling the organization to tackle challenges with innovative perspectives, navigate uncertainty, and craft strategies that are both resilient and adaptable.
