As a member of the senior management team, I work to shape the organization\'s overall strategic vision, long-term goals, policies, and programs. I play a leadership role in the development and execution of our strategic plan and growth strategy. On a daily basis, I direct the volunteer recruitment, training, program, and evaluation departments and lead the design, integration, and delivery of all programs, evaluations, contracts, and related services.
