About Jennifer Borrero
I believe leadership is measured by what people feel capable of after they leave the room.I’m a keynote speaker and community development professional working at the intersection of leadership, housing, and human impact. Over the past several years, I’ve delivered 50+ keynote talks across the U.S. and internationally, engaging students, leaders, and organizations in conversations about leadership, agency, and systems-level change.Much of my work focuses on a persistent tension:Cities often say they value opportunity and belonging, yet the systems we design quietly determine who actually gets access to those things. If you’re interested in leadership that is grounded, systems-aware, and deeply human, through speaking, storytelling, or collaboration, I’d love to connect.
