My title may be Director of Graphic Design, but fundamentally, I am an organizer. I love putting messy designs and processes into the grinder to distill their form. In my role as Art Director, I strategize collaboratively with a cross-functional team to produce marketing and fundraising materials that achieve development goals. By reorganizing and redesigning images, I create simple but bold designs that drive results. By devising effective project management systems, I am able to support my team and ensure that every single project arrives in beautiful shape, under budget, and on time. Empathy runs deep into my core—I really care about people and the work I do for them, not for my personal gain but to materialize a creative vision in the stunning images that keeps customers engaged.
