About Jennifer Barak

As a winemaker at E. & J. Gallo Winery, the world\'s largest family-owned winery, I oversee the production and quality of a diverse portfolio of wines for both domestic and international markets. I have more than ten years of experience in the wine industry, with a master\'s degree in viticulture and enology from Fresno State, where I graduated with distinction and received honors for my research and thesis.My core competencies include laboratory skills, product innovation, product launches, employee training, and winemaker development. I am passionate about creating and implementing innovative plans and initiatives that enhance the quality, variety, and value of our products, while meeting the needs and preferences of our customers. I am also diligent in ensuring that our products comply with the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of E. & J. Gallo Winery and to share my love and knowledge of wine with others.
