Building on my experience as a Quality Control Reviewer, I now oversee the overall management of transcription projects, ensuring that each one meets our high standards for accuracy and speed. My role involves coordinating project workflows, managing office operations, and mentoring our team to foster continuous improvement and professional growth. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, I effectively juggle multiple projects, maintaining our reputation for delivering exceptional transcription services. My deep understanding of project requirements and quality benchmarks, combined with my ability to lead and inspire, enables me to drive success in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.I am also a passionate linguist with over a decade of diverse experience in translation, interpretation, and language education. I have conducted accurate and clear interpretation between speakers of different languages in various settings, such as meetings, conferences, workshops, and other gatherings. I have also delivered optimal outcomes in translation and language education projects, utilizing transcription software and tools, researching and preparing relevant subject matter terminology, and adapting to different accents, dialects, and speaking styles. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology at Arizona State University, driven by the dream of empowering children to conquer mental challenges and thrive.    I currently serve as a Reading Teacher with Cultivating Literacy, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting young readers in local elementary schools. In this role, I will work one-on-one with students to build foundational skills in phonics, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension. I will also connect with parents to introduce the program, answer questions, and help them feel comfortable and informed.What I will love most about this work is seeing students gain confidence and realizing that reading can be enjoyable and empowering. Through individualized guidance and encouragement, I know that I will help create meaningful progress for students who need extra support.I love seeing their smiles and growth day by day.
