Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, I collaborate closely with hospital administration to identify and capitalize on strategic growth opportunities within the healthcare system. I serve as a key liaison, educating physicians, healthcare professionals, and affiliated entities about the hospital\'s services while promoting engagement and alignment. Covering a wide regional territory, I lead physician outreach and marketing efforts to enhance visibility and utilization of hospital programs. I focus on building and maintaining strong provider relationships, proactively resolving issues related to access, service quality, or coordination of care. Additionally, I plan and execute physician and provider engagement events, support recruitment initiatives, and work in partnership with the Clinically Integrated Network. I also manage various projects assigned by executive leadership, ensuring they align with broader organizational goals and priorities.
