She helps them set up a sustainable foundation for growth and map out where they should go strategically. Her recent focus has been advising and consulting startups that are working to build a more equitable world, online and off. Jen’s career has spanned three continents, four disciplines and taken her from one-person startups to the biggest organizations in the world. Prior to consulting, she spent most of her corporate career at Google in both product and marketing, reporting to the CMO.Prior to tech, Jen worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, and received her B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the NYU Stern School of Business.In addition to her consulting work, Jen also works as a holistic wealth coach empowering those traditionally underrepresented to create and achieve their most fulfilled lives through financial fluency and well-being.
