As the founder of Realizeu.net and an ICF PCC credentialed coach, I offer leadership, career, and individual coaching as well as full design and training services to clients in various sectors including healthcare, technology, finance, and government. With 20 years of experience in coaching, training, leadership development, and executive search, I help my clients achieve their personal and professional goals by increasing their self-awareness, confidence, and effectiveness.My mission is to create authentic and trust-based relationships with all clients and to serve as their guide on whatever their journey may be. I use a variety of tools and approaches, such as team and individual coaching and training, various assessments, and methodologies including GALLUP CliftonStrengths, Positive Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, and Myers Briggs.
