ABOUT JENNIFER DANIEL
Ms. Jennifer Daniel established JS & N Consulting LLC after a 37-year career in the Intelligence Community (IC) and the National Security Enterprise. Ms. Daniel is known for her transformational leadership across diverse mission sets to include collection, analysis, IT Solutions, human capital, budget management and international relations. Ms. Daniel most recently served as the Associate Director for Enterprise at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. In this capacity she was the GEOINT Functional Manager’s senior representative leading and overseeing the National System for Geospatial Intelligence and the Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence. Ms. Daniel strengthened the integration of capabilities across the NSG and ASG to produce better and more timely intelligence. She led the establishment of innovative requirements for future collection systems that will defeat denial and deception capabilities. Prior to this assignment, Ms. Daniel served as the Assistant Director of National Intelligence for Mission Priorities, Analysis, and Collection in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. As the ADNI, she advanced the state of intelligence integration by establishing National Security intelligence priorities, determining capability needs for collection and analysis, and assessing the quality and integrity of the IC’s intelligence reporting. As the Director, Human Development, she was responsible for leading the management of NGA’s human capital from hire to retire to training. In this assignment she changed how NGA managed its people shifting from a tactical process-orientation to a strategic/asset-management focus where professionals were purposely developed and managed. Because of her leadership GEOINT professionals worldwide are stronger and better prepared for today and tomorrow. Ms. Daniel served as NGA’s Director, Office of Corporate Communications where she led the agency’s congressional interaction, public affairs, and communications. She successfully represented NGA’s budget with oversight. Ms. Daniel established and led a high-priority, high-visibility intelligence operations center that for the first time, integrated GEOINT from imaging sources-special access, national technical means, commercial, civil, and airborne collection. Under her leadership the center became known across the enterprise for innovative and groundbreaking intelligence. New and advanced capabilities were first developed in the center and proliferated to other GEOINT operators and analysts in the IC and DOD.
