As the Education Service Provider Coordinator at the WV State Treasurer\'s Office, I serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for Education Service Providers (ESPs). My role involves supporting ESPs—including nonpublic schools, microschools, tutors, and therapists—by ensuring they have the information, resources, and guidance needed to comply with program requirements and offer quality educational services to students.Key responsibilities include:Acting as the main point of contact for ESPs, providing technical assistance and addressing inquiries regarding program rules and compliance.Monitoring ESPs for adherence to program requirements, ensuring that they are fully informed about rules and regulations.Maintaining and updating the list of approved ESPs and ensuring that accurate information is available on the official website.Assisting with the investigation and resolution of complaints from parents about participating ESPs.Representing the program at local conferences and meetings to promote awareness and encourage program participation.Preparing content for the program newsletter and assisting with the program’s phone line and outreach efforts.This role allows me to contribute to expanding educational opportunities for West Virginia families, fostering strong partnerships with educational service providers, and ensuring the successful implementation of this WVSTO program.
