About Jennifer Zuckerman
An experienced leader who roots my work in relationship. I have dedicated my career to social change, with deep and broad experience in philanthropy as well as close relationships in community. I spent twelve years with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Foundation, was a member and a leader of the Sustainable Agriculture and Food System Funders (SAFSF), worked with a brilliant group of people to launch the World Food Policy Center within Duke\'s Sanford School of Public Policy, and now I work to leverage the experience and relationships I have to build strategy and grow connections across community organizations, philanthropy, and companies focused on our shared humanity and desire to thrive.
