ABOUT JENNIFER ZHU
As an Industrial Engineering student at Rutgers University, I\'m passionate about applying my theoretical knowledge to real-world problems and solutions. I\'m expected to graduate in 2025, with a minor in Computer Science and two certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Python Data Structures. In addition to my studies, I\'m currently working as a Student Library Assistant at Rutgers, where I support the library staff and patrons with various tasks, such as shelving, cataloging, and customer service. I also work as a Shift Team Lead at Kawa Ramen, where I manage a team of six employees, oversee daily operations, and ensure quality and efficiency. These roles have helped me develop and enhance my skills in adaptability, organization, time management, feedback, and assessment. I\'m eager to find an career opportunity that would allow me to gain hands-on experience and explore different aspects of Industrial Engineering. I thrive in collaborative environments, where I can contribute to the team\'s goals and learn from others. I\'m always open to feedback and improvement, and I value excellence and innovation in any project I undertake.
