Jennifer Young began her successful sales career in The profession is the ideal use of both her degree from USD and her ability to work with people from all walks of life, a lesson learned from a childhood spent in four different countries and 11 different American states as a part of a military family. Jennifer joined the turf industry as an independent rep in 2008. She was one of the only independent sales rep which allowed her to work with many vendors and provide the best system for her clients. She broke into the California market with a sales increase of 500% in 2010, and followed this up with an astounding additional 500% increase in 2011 and impressively doubled sales in 2012, becoming the highest sales award recipient that same year.
