As VP of Growth and Member Services, I serve on the firm\'s Executive Leadership Team and also lead all efforts to onboard companies and organizations into one of DMI\'s trade association clients, AIMM (the Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing). A wholly owned vertical of the ANA, AIMM is the leading voice sitting at the intersection of multicultural and inclusive marketing and DEIB, powered by a collective of industry leaders from across the ecosystem. AIMM exists to be a powerful force in helping the industry prioritize diverse and inclusive audiences in order to accelerate business growth and equity for all.
