About Jennifer Wolski
I possess a unique background combining a financial advising education with a variety of HR-focused internships and extracurricular activities. The education I chose to pursue focused heavily on the insurance and investment industries, giving me an in-depth look at health insurance, life insurance, estate planning techniques, risk management, investment techniques, and different ways of combining them all together to achieve tax-efficient strategies to meet client goals. On the flip side, my work and extracurricular experiences have given me the opportunity to see what companies need in order to satisfy both their employees and their external interests whether they be stakeholders, clients, or whomever else may have an interest in the company. I have had the pleasure of assisting in a wide range of HR activities from benefits administration, recruiting and talent/performance management to internal process analysis to event planning to employee engagement. I am a highly motivated UW-Madison Alum who is ready to see what her continuing opportunities will bring!
