As Head of Residential Operations, I oversee third-party management for a national multifamily portfolio, ensuring operational alignment, financial performance, and high-quality execution across assets. I focus on optimizing NOI, enhancing resident experience, strengthening owner relationships, and driving accountability across management partners. Previously served as President of Mack Property Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mack Real Estate Group, where I led all national property operations. I was responsible for revenue growth, expense management, budgeting, capital execution, risk oversight, and performance metrics across multifamily, commercial, and industrial assets.
