ABOUT JENNIFER WILLIAMS
With over five years of experience in executive leadership at Phoebe Putney Health System, my current role as VP/Chief Community Engagement and Health Impact Officer allows me the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across southwest Georgia with the goal of implementing evidence-based strategies to positively impact identified health priorities in our region. In addition to the external facing work, this role also affords me the opportunity to implement internal programs and initiatives aimed at increasing employee belonging and engagement, health equity, and patient experience. Whether I’m focusing internally or externally, my goal remains the same; to be a living example of Phoebe Putney Health System’s vision to “make every life we touch, better.”
