As a Recruitment Coordinator at Kyros, I have the opportunity to combine my passion for helping others with my business and psychology background. Kyros, offering the first of its kind marketplace platform, connects individuals with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) to health and social services that can support them in achieving long-term recovery. At Kyros, I ensure that our Peer recruitment processes are efficient enough to fit the rapidly growing need, without having to sacrifice quality care to those we serve. Between my personal experience in recovery, and professional track record of creating a positive customer engagement, my strengths can flourish into opportunity for both sides of business. I believe that everyone deserves a chance to improve their lives and well-being, and that our past experiences can be turned into sources of strength and inspiration. Through my work at Kyros, I aim to provide others with the opportunity to make a positive change, both for themselves and for the people they serve.
