I started my career as a commercial loan officer with a diversified portfolio which includes everything from building contractors, healthcare, retail and everything in between. In 2009, I started working with developers who rehabilitates or creates low income/affordable housing units in our communities and this has turned into a passion. Being part of a team that creates safe and healthy homes for families and seniors is extremely fulfilling and worth the time and hard work that each one of these projects require and they do take time and creativity if anyone has every been involved in a LIHTC project <3. In working on both the loan and equity side of the LIHTC transactions for Glacier Bank and its 17 divisions, I I am proud to work for a company who invests in the communities of the 8 states we are in.
