I have twenty-five years experience as a mental health therapist and I am a Certified Professional Life Coach. I specialize in working with youth and young adults who have special needs in creating a solid foundation on which to create their paths academically, socially, and later, vocationally. I additionally offer Job/Career Coaching services to those wishing to embark on a career change or improving their vocational status. I believe we each have inside of us what we need to succeed, but often find the desire for external support and guidance.
