In this position I lead dynamic philanthropy operations researching and developing strategy for 11 fundraising entities. This involves extensive prospecting, researching, and developing annual budgets of approx.$1M, and forecasts. I hold primary responsibility for driving and enabling downstream fundraising teams by overseeing front line data entry teams and facilitating hand off to gift officers. I have also revitalized fundraising efforts and transitioned the organization from passive fundraising into robust multiple live and online events, as well as ongoing campaigns.Contributing to organizational development and expansion I spearheaded that data integration of a newly acquired philanthropy group, migrating multiple databases and datasets, applying in house processes and support growth of the group from a team of 3 to team of 8. Contributions Snapshot: • Conducted industry analysis and authored revised end of year strategy for 2021 regarding impacts of COVID19 pandemic, as well as liaised with Corporate Controllers on all reporting. • Administrate 300+ restricted funds, collecting and releasing needs-based funds to recipients, as well as contributing to project and financial management. • Founded and lead new Breast Cancer fundraising program in partnership with two local car dealership donors; anticipated receipts of $35K, added to current $173K, for treatment to patients with coverage gaps.• Wrote and implemented “Evergreen” content and philanthropy strategy, including web copy and back-end build out, for corporate-wide, peer to peer fundraising efforts. • Support the planning and execution of the Forward Together campaign,$10MM goal over five years (20••••21); achieved over $15MM in funding.• Prepared portfolios based on system-wide wealth screening and predictive modeling to determine ask amounts of up to $1M, which was instrumental in portfolio development and pipelining for this first in company history approach.
