About Jennifer Walker
I joined Right at Home as a Business Performance Coach in December 2016 and worked closely with the Franchisee’s regarding all operations of their business. In 2021 the role of Director of Sales was presented and accepted to work with the partnerships and organizations that the corporate office works closely with and also to help the individually owned offices with their growth and potential opportunities in the local market. In 2023, I accepted the position of Director of Quality and Standards to be responsible for elevating quality across all facets of the business model, overseeing brand standards and further developing clinical excellence strategies. With my clinical and coaching background as well as many years of experience working alongside the Right at Home System, it provided me an opportunity to further impact the Franchisee experience in a broader capacity and in a positive way.
