Direct the store Design, Visual Merchandising and In-Store Customer Experience strategy for the WBU Brand, in collaboration with the Marketing team. Develop and promote best practices and strategic recommendations for store layout and design for 350+ franchise locations across the U.S and Canada. Create and communicate Visual Merchandising strategies and brand standards within the store environment. Manage all aspects of construction and build-out of new stores and remodels to ensure projects are consistently on time, within budget and in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, requirements and building codes, including ADA. Create and manage supplier relationships and buying programs for key elements related to the in-store customer experience. Support inventory planning and merchandising that ensures a high-energy customer experience and long term customer loyalty.
