About Jen Waldron
I started my career as a caregiver. I know firsthand what it means to \"pull a double.\" That experience is what grounds my work today and keeps me deeply connected to the realities our home care agency customers and the tireless work of caregivers.Since then, I’ve built and scaled growth organizations across senior care and workforce enablement—each company I’ve helped drive growth at has gone on to be acquired. I joined IPCed, a leader in online training, and helped scale its post-acute division to $10M+ in ARR prior to its acquisition by OnCourse Learning, progressing from customer service to sales leadership managing a team of 14. I later joined CareAcademy as SVP of Sales & Business Development, where I helped grow the business from hundreds of thousands in ARR to multi-millions. They were subsequently acquired by Activated Insights.Today, I’m focused on what I believe is the most critical challenge in senior care: hiring caregivers right, not just fast.
