30 years in 30 second:Sales Engineer in Upstate New York; Got my CCIE and a new job in the Technical Assistance Center in Raleigh, NC in 1995; since then I\'ve been finding ways to improve our customer\'s experience with Cisco products by either testing them for the customer and/or fixing what isn\'t working. I have worked with most of Cisco networking products to varying levels of depths, but there isn\'t much you could throw at me that I can\'t dig into and understand.
