After earning a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I became a Human Resources Specialist at Wolfspeed, where I handled many HR cases and was the main point of contact for Wolfspeed employees. With that, I quickly found my interest in talent acquisition and realized that my passion strongly aligns with enhancing the employee experience, as they start with a new company and organization.
